When you use the contact form we process your name, company name (optional), email address, the content of your message and the language of the page you used.

We also keep the date and time of the message. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use this data to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a business offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We also use cookie-free, aggregated website statistics to understand how the site is used. These statistics do not identify you personally.

We use the following service providers (processors) to run the website and handle messages: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and statistics), Convex, Inc. (storage of contact form messages) and our email provider Webhouse (email). Data may be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@acrovera.sk.
